- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Full payment is required to confirm your order.
- Orders will be processed and confirmed only after successful payment.
- In case of any payment deduction issues, please reach out to Razorpay support directly.
- Additional delivery charges may apply if the delivery location is outside our standard service area.
- For tier/step cakes, a delivery fee of ₹500 will be charged within city limits.
- Kriti’s Bake ’n’ Basket reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
